It's important to note that failing to mention additional items or challenging access points during the quote process may result in unexpected costs for you as the customer.

We recommend booking your move as early as possible to increase your chances of securing your preferred date and time. Ideally, contacting us at least two weeks before your desired moving date is advisable. However, we understand that circumstances don't always allow for extensive planning, and we make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule permits.

To prepare your appliances for the move, ensure that all dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers are completely empty. It's important to note that our movers aren't trained electricians or plumbers. Therefore, you'll need to hire appropriate professionals to disconnect your washer, lighting fixtures, chandeliers, and refrigerator from any electrical or water connections. Crucially, our movers aren't licensed to disconnect gas appliances, which often include dryers and ovens.

Absolutely. Upon delivery to your new residence, our moving team will work with you to ensure all furniture and boxes are placed in the appropriate rooms. We're more than willing to position and reposition your furniture according to your exact specifications, ensuring your new space is set up precisely as you envision it.
